Ground Pork

Our most verstile cut of pork. It is flavorful enough to stand up on its own or use it as a base for sausage, burgers, meatloaf, or anything you can think of. It comes in one pound vacume sealed packages.
 
All of our pork comes from our farm in the Vermont hills. They are raised free range, outside, and do not receive hormones or antibiotics. They eat a natural diet of local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, and Green Mountain Non-GMO Grains.
